Objectives of this Role:
- Finding and on boarding new candidates who qualify for the relocation
program and open job positions at the company’s customers
- First contact to candidates who applied for the company´s schooling and
relocation program via the companies career portal, social media channels,
website and other strategic sourcing channels or events (e.g. info days)
- Qualifying leads transferred from the Marketing department, follow up and
input of the feedback in the data base
- Monitoring trends and making suggestions for improving the local / country
recruiting processes
- Supporting the building of the qualitative candidate pool as well as setting up
of candidates profiles in the system, completing all necessary candidate d etails
and keeping their profiles up-to-date
- Supporting the pre-selection/matching and shortlisting of their locally
recruited candidates for the relocation job positions which the country
recruiting team was assigned for
- Proactively identifying future hiring needs and col laborating with the relevant
departments of the company on a regular basis as an intermediate support er
for solving motivational or other issues with the candidates, until their
relocation to the destination country
- Explaining the offered program, conditions and the contract to the
candidates, making sure they have a CV and profession that matches with our
recruiting criteria and signing the contract as well as getting on - boarded
successfully
- Supporting the Hiring manager with the pre-assignment and filtering of the
candidates for open positions and conducting the interviews with the
customers at the branch or remote

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or related field)
● Proficiency in working with data administration and cloud tools
