Job Summary

 

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Support Associate to join our E-Commerce team. As Customer Support Associate you will play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer service to Gjirafa50 & GjirafaMall customers. 

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Deliver the best customer service experience for Gjirafa50 and GjirafaMall customers.

  • Process, assist, research, and resolve customer’s requests and/or problems in a prompt and professional manner via phone, email, LiveChat, walk-in customers and social media platforms. 

  • Focus on the customer and their experience; constantly identify and communicate opportunities and solutions to improve their experience.

  • Find solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.

  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving for complaints or other opportunities.

  • Sell products and services, offer add-on and up-sell products that may benefit the customer, and suggest alternative products when a customer-requested product is not available.

  • Work closely with direct team members and support departments, to resolve issues with customers in a timely manner. 

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned. 

  • Assist the team for technical questions 

 

 Requirements/ Skills: 

  • Excellent communication skills  in Albanian & English language.;

  • Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately;

  • Good written skills – ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses.

  • Flexible with the working schedule.

  • Effective problem solving skills including time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity;

  • Strong desire to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge about technological products.

  • Working experience in Customer Support.

 

Other information: 

  • Rotation schedule is from (Monday to- Sunday with 2 days off per week) 

  • Shifts are  Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend

  • The candidates need to be able to work also during national holidays.

Job Location: Highway Prishtina- Ferizaj, 6th Kilometer, Kosova.
