About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our People and Culture team in Prishtina. In this role you will support the team expansion in the CE Region and implement some of our most critical People and Culture functions across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, planning and talent development, culture and engagement, wellbeing and compliance. 


The ideal candidate brings strong detail orientation and communication skills; a flexible, growth-oriented mindset and collaborative approach; a commitment to excellence; and enthusiasm for our mission. 


Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop recruitment strategies to proactively search for a diverse pool of top industry talent using various recruiting methods (direct sourcing, internal recruitment, web-based, social media, etc.)       

  • Build and optimize an exceptional recruitment process. 

  • Drive the end-to-end selection process (sourcing, screening, phone interviews, offer negotiations) and make hiring decisions together with the Hiring team. 

  • Engage in various projects together with the team to raise the bar of every new hire.       

  • Influence resource allocation decisions using data and analytics.      

  • Develop and use recruitment dashboards to proactively keep the leadership team informed with key employee metrics.

  • Ensure employee records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with confidentiality requirements.

  • Assist in implementing company policies.

  • Support the development and execution of employee learning and development program to build skills and capabilities. 

  • Support culture and workplace activities such as staff engagement surveys, retreats and other team building activities.      

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned. 


Requirements/Skills:

  • Able to come up with new approaches, recommendations, policies and procedures, based on understanding of the business, its objectives and priorities.

  • A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor and improve the "pulse" of the employee engagement.

  • Ability to work in a complex work environment with rapid changes.

  • Possess passion for innovative HR solutions and continuous process improvements.

  • Able to develop and improve effective employee relations, retention and reward programs.

  • Comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables (results oriented) along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
