Account Manager
Build strong client relationships and drive engagement through proactive communication.
Support retention and growth initiatives by identifying client needs.
Requires 1–2 years in client success or account management and excellent problem-solving skills.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (The schedule is flexible but requires full-time availability within this range)
Customer Support Representative
Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues via phone, chat, and email.
Process service requests and maintain accurate records.
Requires a minimum of one year of customer service experience and strong communication skills.
Available Schedules:
Sunday to Thursday: 2pm - 10:30pm
Saturday to Wednesday:
Saturday to Sunday: 2pm - 10:30pm
Monday to Wednesday: 12pm - 8:30pm
Monday to Friday: 12:00pm - 8:30pm
Service Administrator
Manage service operations, scheduling, and inventory processes.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service execution.
Requires 2+ years of experience in service coordination and strong organizational skills.
