We’re looking for several E-Commerce Client Business Development team members that will play a key role in supporting businesses throughout their e-commerce journey. In this role you’ll manage client relationships, help them establish a strong online presence, implement effective digital marketing strategies, and unlock new growth opportunities through GjirafaMall.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Guide assigned businesses through onboarding and provide ongoing support to ensure a seamless e-commerce journey.
Develop strong relationships with businesses, crafting tailored strategies to expand their online reach, boost sales, and enhance their overall e-commerce presence.
Oversee and optimize social media accounts of each business, manage ad campaigns, and track key marketing metrics (e.g., CPC, CPM) to improve brand visibility and drive sales.
Plan and maintain project roadmaps and timelines (e.g., Gantt charts) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives for each business.
Track key metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations to help businesses achieve their online growth objectives.
Manage the entire business experience and growth journey, from onboarding to sales strategy execution and performance optimization.
Take on other tasks as assigned to support the success of the project and participating businesses.
Required Qualifications:
Ambitious and oriented in growing in the e-commerce industry.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, including creating social media campaigns and tracking performance metrics.
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques, such as roadmaps and Gantt charts.
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple business accounts effectively.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Strong desire to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in e-commerce platforms or digital marketplaces.
Previous experience in account management, project coordination, or marketing.
