Position overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented eLearningSpecialist to join our team. This role involves designing and developing engagingeducational content, ensuring high-quality materials that are clear, concise,and tailored to the target audience.

What will YOU do?

·      Design, develop, andimplement engaging eLearning content aligned with learning objectives 

·      Utilize variouseLearning tools and technologies to create interactive and effective onlinelearning experiences  

·      Apply instructionaldesign principles to enhance learning materials and ensure theireffectiveness  

·      Develop assessments andevaluations to measure the effectiveness of online learning programs 

·      Collaborate withsubject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders todevelop high-quality eLearning solutions 

·      Update and maintainexisting eLearning content to reflect changes and improvements in the field 

·      Ensure content complieswith industry standards, accessibility guidelines, and organizational policies 

·      Stay updated witheLearning trends and technologies, conducting in-depth and reliable research toenhance learning methodologies  

·      Review video pieces andprovide instructions and constructive feedback  

·      Ensure that feedback isintegrated into video pieces accordingly 

·      Work cohesively withinthe team 

·       Perform other related duties as assigned by the management 

Preferred Competencies

·      Proven experience ineLearning development, instructional design, or educational technology 

·      Bachelor’s degree (orattending their last year of studies) in Education,Instructional Design, eLearning, Economics, or acombination of equivalent experience and/or education 

·      Proficiency withMicrosoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word 

·      Strong understanding ofinstructional design principles  

·      Excellent communicationand teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 

·      Full proficiency inEnglish 

·      Willing to learn andgrow as well as to challenge and contribute to ideas 

·      Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to evolvingproject requirements  

·      Open to receivingfeedback and constructive criticism and make improvement on tasks asrequested
