As part of our Design Team, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life through visually compelling designs.

Role Overview 

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging visuals for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in design software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop marketing materials, including social media graphics, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and website assets.

• Create compelling visuals that align with Gjirafa’s brand identity and messaging.

• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to support campaigns and initiatives with high-quality designs.

• Ensure consistency in visual aesthetics across all platforms and materials.

• Stay up-to-date with design trends and incorporate best practices into projects.

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

• Assist in video editing, motion graphics, and other multimedia projects as needed.

• Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects is a plus).

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

• Experience with digital and print design.

• Ability to translate business needs into visually appealing and effective designs.

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills in written and in verbal.
