We are looking for a Graphic Designer of Learning Materials with a passion for creatingimpactful and visually appealing learning materials.

Whatwill YOU do?

·       Apply layouts andother design assets to create engaging and accessible designs for learningmaterials such as e-learning modules, handouts, instructional guides,infographics, and presentations.

·       Work with contentdevelopers, editors, and other graphic designers to arrange content to enhancecomprehension, accessibility, and learner engagement.

·       Develop graphicassets, illustrations, icons, and other multimedia elements to support thelearning content, ensuring visual consistency and clarity.

·       Ensure alllearning materials adhere to PECB’s brand guidelines while remaining adaptableto various content types and delivery methods.

·       Stay updated onthe latest design trends and instructional design strategies to continuallyimprove the quality of educational materials.

·       Manage multipledesign projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromisingquality.

PreferredCompetencies

·       Bachelor’s degreein Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; or a combinationof equivalent experience and/or education;

·       Proficiency indesign software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign)

·       Knowledge ofMicrosoft Office suite, especially in PowerPoint and Word.

·       Proficiency inEnglish (written and verbal)

·       Strong attentionto detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

·       Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills.

·       Experience increating learning materials or presentations is an advantage.

·       Knowledge of Universal Designfor Learning (UDL) principles is an advantage.
