What will YOU do?
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Officer to drive our social mediapresence and engagement across the region. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for creating and managing social media campaigns, crafting engagingcontent, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and implement social media strategies to align with businessgoals in the region.
· Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platformstailored to regional audiences.
· Manage social media accounts and monitor activity.
· Monitor and respond to social media interactions and questions in atimely and professional manner.
· Foster and maintain strong relationships with followers, influencers,and partners within the specific region.
· Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics tomeasure the success of campaigns and strategies and adjust strategies asneeded.
· Use data-driven insights to refine and improve social media tactics.
· Increase the visibility and reputation of the PECB brand in the regionthrough targeted social media campaigns.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency acrossall digital channels.
· Collaborate with Business Development on the creation and distributionof partner flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials.
· Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, includingbudgeting, targeting, and performance monitoring.
· Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches, events, andpromotions.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and trends.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, copyright laws, andplatform-specific guidelines.
· Work in close coordination with Market Research Officer about trends andinsights to optimize social media strategies.
Preferred Requirements
· A degree in Marketing,Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
· Proven experience in socialmedia management.
· Proficiency in social mediaplatforms and tools.
· Experience with paid socialmedia advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
· Ability to work independently(with minimum supervision) as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
· Excellent written and verbal English communicationskills.
· Ability to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams, including Business Development and Marketing.
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to deliveringhigh-quality work.
· Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generateinsights for strategy optimization.
· Ability to work well under pressure, grasp new ideasquickly, think outside the box, and keep up with a dynamic environment;
· Strong organizational and time management skills withthe ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Willing to learn and grow as well as to challenge andcontribute to ideas.
· Strong interpersonal skills to engage with a diversecommunity of partners and followers.
· Self-motivated and proactive in staying current withindustry developments.
· Any other related tasks assigned by management.
