Whatwill YOU do?

• Reviewing and editing texts, documents, and articles for grammatical, typographical, and factual accuracy.
• Ensuring consistency in tone, style, and branding across all content.
• Identifying and addressing content gaps, redundancies, or ambiguities.
• Collaborating with writers, editors, and stakeholders to implement feedback and improve content.
• Conducting quality checks to confirm alignment with organizational standards and guidelines.
• Developing and maintaining QA processes to streamline content review workflows.
• Tracking and reporting quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Other tasks as assigned by management

PreferredCompetencies

• A strong command of the English language with exceptional grammar and proofreading skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, editing, or content review.
• Familiarity with editing tools and style guides such as APA, Chicago, etc.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• A Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
