Position overview
The Publications and Administrative Officeris responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining organizational contentinthe PECB micro-learning platform.

What will YOU do?
- Design, organize, index, and maintain documentation in the PECB micro-learning platform using the documentation management system.
- Manage the upload of content to the PECB micro-learning platform by ensuring that all capsules and quizzes are properly uploaded and reviewed to guarantee functionality and quality.
- Monitor and process end-user feedback to facilitate the continual improvement of PECB micro-learning platform.
- Assist eLearning specialists in drafting articles, descriptions, whitepapers, webinars and other promotional materials related to the eLearning platform
- Assist eLearning specialists with the technical aspects of the capsules such as the design
- Work with teams to implement updates, meet deadlines, and ensure compliance with procedures
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
Preferred Competencies
- Familiarity with eLearning tools and micro-learning platforms
- Ability to ensure accuracy in uploaded and published content, such as capsules and quizzes
- Ability to manage tasks and assist with project timelines
- Basic understanding of digital content design and formatting tools
- Clear verbal and written communication for teamwork and feedback
- Willingness to address issues and suggest improvements
- Openness to learning and staying updated on industry trends
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Friendly and professional approach to team interactions
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
