Dial Solutions is a dynamic and innovative telemarketing company based in Prishtina. We specialize in Telemarketing and FTD Sales. We are currently seeking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Senior Telemarketing Agents. 

We have 5 open positions. 

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients.

Qualify the leads by understanding their perspective

Provide feedback on market trends, understand the client and try to make it a sale/FTD.

Qualifications:

• Motivated
• Fluent English
• Previous experience in telemarketing on sales/FTDs is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to details.
