Position overview

The Web Content & Logistics Coordinator isresponsible for managing e-learning content, troubleshooting platform issues,and handling guest travel logistics, including airport pickups andaccommodations.

What will YOU do?

·      Publish new training courses and learningmaterials on the company’s in-house e-learning platform.

·      Ensure all uploaded content is correctlystructured, formatted, and accessible.

·      Regularly review and maintain training materialsto uphold quality and consistency.

·      Identify areas for platform improvement andsubmit structured enhancement requests.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to implementimprovements and troubleshoot issues.

·      Serve as a bridge between content creators andthe technical team to streamline publishing workflows.

·      Monitor platform performance and proactivelyresolve publishing-related issues.

·      Organize travel logistics for guests visitingcompany offices.

·      Meet and assist guests upon arrival, includingairport pickups.

·      Ensure smooth transfers and accommodationarrangements.

·      Be available to support guest arrivals on anyday, including weekends, as needed.

·      Act as the primary point of contact for guests,handling logistical concerns.

Preferred Competencies

•   Experience in content administration, e-learningplatforms, or LMS management.
•  Strong attention to detail and ability to formatand organize content effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshootingskills for platform-related issues.
• Strong communication and coordination skills tointeract with internal teams and guests.
• Ability to work flexibly, including occasionalweekend availability for guest arrivals.
•  Experience in event coordination or travellogistics is a plus.
