Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Call  Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, customer service experience, basic computer skills, and a positive attitude. As a Call Agent, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer issues.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

- Multitask between phone calls, emails, and chat support

- Meet performance goals and metrics
