You will be selected if you have:

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and work experience in the customer service sector;
2. Good computer skills;
3. Self-initiative and willingness to perform the task in a professional manner;
4. Attention to detail and good organizational skills;
5. A friendly nature and the ability to work in a team;

Open position:

·        Junior Agent

Salary from 400-700(base salary + bonuses)

·        Senior Agent

Salary from 850-1500(base salary + bonuses) 

Working hours:

• No weekends
• Monday to Friday
• From 18:00-00:00
• Location Prishtina
