Become part of the PECB Team!   Position Overview   We are looking for a Graphic Designer of Learning Materials with a passion for creating impactful and visually appealing learning materials.   What are some benefits of working at PECB?   ·       We’re the first company in Kosovo to have only four working days per week, with Fridays off ·       Career and personal development trainings free of charge (Access to a comprehensive array of ISO and non-ISO related training programs) ·       Hands-on, project-based experiences ·       Collaboration with an exceptionally talented, diverse, and friendly team of colleagues ·       Great benefits packages, such as health insurance coverage, free mental health services ·       Paid leaves (including collective winter break) ·       Exciting social events, and a pleasant working environment.   What will YOU do?   ·       Apply layouts and other design assets to create engaging and accessible designs for learning materials such as e-learning modules, handouts, instructional guides, infographics, and presentations. ·       Work with content developers, editors, and other graphic designers to arrange content to enhance comprehension, accessibility, and learner engagement. ·       Develop graphic assets, illustrations, icons, and other multimedia elements to support the learning content, ensuring visual consistency and clarity. ·       Ensure all learning materials adhere to PECB’s brand guidelines while remaining adaptable to various content types and delivery methods. ·       Stay updated on the latest design trends and instructional design strategies to continually improve the quality of educational materials. ·       Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.   Preferred Competencies   ·       Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; or a combination of equivalent experience and/or education; ·       Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign) ·       Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially in PowerPoint and Word. ·       Proficiency in English (written and verbal) ·       Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. ·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ·       Experience in creating learning materials or presentations is an advantage. ·       Knowledge of <a href="https://udlguidelines.cast.org/">Universal Design for Learning (UDL)</a> principles is an advantage.   Job Type: Full-time         |       Job location: Prishtine, Republic of Kosova  |   About PECB   We are a dynamic, multicultural, and innovative team that sees each day as a challenge and as a new opportunity to grow together with the company.
